January 14, 2026, New York: Today, The B Team announced that Jennifer Morris, CEO of The Nature Conservancy, has joined its group of global business and civil society leaders working to drive a prosperous and fair future on a healthy planet for all.

Morris is the newest addition to the group of 30+ B Team Leaders. She has stewarded global environmental nonprofit The Nature Conservancy since 2020, leading a team of about 6,000 staff in more than 80 countries and territories dedicated to addressing the climate and biodiversity crises. With more than 25 years of experience in conservation, Morris’ leadership is characterized by a track record of proven management, innovative approaches to unlocking finance for nature, and an emphasis on science-based conservation centered on people and communities.
