On 23^rd April we hosted a panel on Happiness & Joy at Work at the Virgin Disruptor ‘Your workplace wellbeing: At what cost?’ Part of Virgin’s thought leadership series, the event was attended by over 200 thought leaders and HR professionals and The B Team Leaders, Sir Richard Branson and Arianna Huffington, also featured on the live-streamed debate.

The B Team Panel featured members of our People Innovation Network—Patty McCord, Duane Bray and Raul Leal—and was moderated by Jean Oelwang. The panel discussed and debated what makes people happy at work and how you enable people to find purpose and meaning.
