Scott Schwaitzberg: Why Connecting Talent With a Greater Purpose Matters

This is an obvious statement, but non-profits benefit greatly from professional volunteer services. Volunteers, despite a lack of visibility or recognition for their work are increasingly helping to build capacity at non-profits and other for benefit organizations.

In the latest post as part of the 'Plan B for Business' blog series produced by The B Team in partnership with The Huffington Post Scott Schwaitzberg of Catchafire explains that employers might also benefit from the employees volunteering practices creating an incentive to increase overall impact.
