Charlotte helps to lead The B Team’s development efforts and support the cultivation of a global community of partners working collectively to redefine the role of business in society.

As a non-profit and development professional, Charlotte brings more than ten years experience advancing social change initiatives in the business, youth engagement and disability sectors to her work.

Prior to joining The B Team as one of the founding staff members in 2013, Charlotte served as the Parliamentary Liaison for The Aspiring Leaders Forum New Zealand, providing opportunities for young New Zealanders to explore ideas and philosophies of leadership with members of parliament and prominent business and community leaders. In 2012, Charlotte led the development of The Leprosy Mission Canada’s youth engagement initiative, working closely with the international programs team as the Public Engagement Coordinator.

Charlotte holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Studies and Ethics from The University of Auckland and a diploma of Biblical Studies from Laidlaw College. Charlotte is a proud New Zealander, currently living and working in New York City.
